Who are we?

Two girls – Olga and Zosia, riding bikes, cutting and sewing tarpaulins according to the idea of upcycling, and reminiscing the style of the ’90s with great melancholy. Everything you see in our store we do on our own,  giving our time and energy as the main resources. Each product passes through our hands. Together we come up with patterns and test them during our urban and countryside trips.

It all has started with working together during the Malta festival a couple of years ago. Zosia was making gadgets (bags, bumbags, cases), Olga was coordinating the festival’s promotion. A few words, projects, and coffees drunk together later it turned out that we are connected by passion for bikes and the willingness to use our skills to create things that we want to use when riding a bicycle ourselves. And here comes the ‘BAGIRLS’.

Zosia

Zosia is a fabric architect, designer of festival gadgets, and elements of scenery. Loving to create and design. In fact, she is being forced to do so by her internal need, which means that she often spends her free time in the studio chained to machines and sewing. She does not like to walk, so the bicycle is what saves her from the problem of how to move. She loves to race on bike lanes and ride uphill.

Olga

Olga has always been cycling on city cobblestones and bumps, practically never getting off the bike seat. But what she likes the most is riding out in the wild, always for a few days, with a hammock in her pannier. Professionally she creates visual art, designs graphics, and works in promotion.
